As one of the largest master plans in Northern California, the 3,585 acres of planned community at Folsom Ranch includes development of commercial, retail, and industrial sites, as well as 11,500 new homes. 

Located at the Highway 50 and Prairie City Road interchange, the new development will include two miles of freeway-visible land and 2.5 million square feet of mixed-use commercial space, zoned for office and medical campuses, hotels, retail, and multi-family homes. 

Phase one of the development’s commercial space is now available for lease.
